Dr. Brenda Fossett

Dr. Brenda Fossett is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began her career teaching deaf students with developmental disabilities at the BC School for the Deaf. For twenty-five years, Brenda has provided support to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. Brenda has also provided instruction and training to families, paraprofessionals, and professionals across Canada and the United States. Brenda is faculty in the Applied Behavior Analysis-Autism program at Capilano University. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia and provides consultative support to children and youth with developmental disabilities and their families in the Lower Mainland of BC. Brenda is recognized for her ability to convey complex concepts to those who work and live with children and adults with developmental disabilities, allowing them to effectively implement strategies that improve participation in daily activities and overall quality of life.
